Neicy Frey is a full-time studio artist and designer living in Spokane.
She explores a variety of subjects in her oil and mixed media paintings, using color and composition to create movement and mood in each piece. Her work is greatly influenced by the natural world and her time spent living and traveling in Southeast Asia.
